We hope you love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • In the original packaging (if possible)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

  1. Send an email to returns@[yourstore].com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with a return adress you can use for the return

  3. Drop off the return package at your nearest shipping point.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color?
Let us know in your return request email. We’ll send your replacement once we receive the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive the funds via your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
